I am a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, as well as creating and implementing initiatives that help increase access and opportunities. This can be in many ways, but my way of contributing to the educational community is by designing engaging, inclusive, and visually pleasing instructional content. I enjoy being an UX Researcher, Instructional Designer and educator because I can help people make their lives better and easy. I continuously pursue to an understanding of human psychology- how people receive and process information and how the human brain works because this is key to creating engaging and meaningful instructional content.
